Moscow's projects received awards at an international exhibition of innovations

The Integratedata Warehouse (IDW) database and the digital mechanism for the formation of procurement in the healthcare system within the Expertise platform received gold medals in the Robotics/Electronics/Automation/Internet of Things and Applications/Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) category.

The model of citizens' fee forecasting within the framework of the information analytical system IAS "Tariff" was awarded a bronze medal in the category "Environmental Protection/Energy/Water Supply, Electricity Supply/Green Technologies".

"Moscow is actively introducing digital technologies and artificial intelligence in various areas of the economy. For example, the digital mechanism of procurement formation in the healthcare system significantly increases the transparency of conducted processes, minimizes the human factor in the entire procurement chain and reduces labor costs. IDW, which contains more than 10 thousand statistical and analytical indicators, helps specialists of executive authorities of the capital and regions to solve management tasks efficiently and promptly, as well as to use modern tools for information visualization. IAS "Tariff" due to the introduction of information technologies allows to ensure effective and transparent regulation of tariffs, observance of the balance of interests of consumers and producers. We are glad that the projects that we are actively applying in the capital to improve the efficiency of many important processes are being recognized by the international expert community," said Maria Bagreeva, Minister of the Moscow City Government and Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development.

The projects presented at this year's exhibition have previously been recognized by the international community among the best developments. For example, the IDW database in 2021 was recognized by the UN as one of the world's best practices that contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goal "Sustainable Cities and Human Settlements". In its turn, the Tariff IAS in 2023 at IPITEX received a silver medal and a special prize for the infrastructure register of regulated organizations created within the system.

"Foreign colleagues who use information technologies to improve the efficiency of their processes and make data-based management decisions highly appreciate Moscow's experience and projects. Our developments will help foreign specialists to work more efficiently with official statistics and administrative data. Based on the results of discussions with experts in Bangkok, the prospect of fruitful cooperation in practical terms is obvious," the Minister added.

IPITEX, the International Exhibition of Intellectual Property, Inventions, Innovation and Technology, has been held since 1995 in Bangkok under the auspices of the National Research Council under the patronage of the King of Thailand and the International Federation of Inventors' Associations.
