Methodology

General information: Urban environment quality index is a tool for assessing the quality of the urban environment and the conditions for its formation. The rating is based on 36 indicators, divided by:
—6 spaces (housing, green spaces, street and road network, etc.)
—6 criteria (safety, comfort, management efficiency, etc.).
Cities within the rating are divided by size and climatic conditions.
