Economic competitiveness. City ability to attract, control and transform resources, thereby increasing the well-being of its residents
Sustainable development. City ability to develop its advantages in the economy, social order, ecology, innovation, global connections and other aspects. The ability to provide the growth of well-being and meet the needs of citizens.
Indicators: top industrial agglomerations, share of population with high income, number of patents and scientific publications, airport network, number of large international companies represented in the city, number of museums, etc.
