Methodology

General information:  The rating assesses the level of activity of scientific life and the development of advanced industries. The rating is based on the aggregation of 19 indicators, combined into four groups:
—Human resources involved in the field of science and technology;
—Material and technical base involved in the field of science and technology;
—Scale of scientific and technological activities;
—Efficiency of scientific and technological activities.
